DELIVERY OF YOUR FEELINGS

Domestic Orders

We ship all orders received before 1:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time) the same business day. If you place an order on a weekend or federal holidays your order will be shipped the next business day.

Due to multiple warehouses ( located in San Fernando, CA and Broomfield, Colorado) your order can arrive in several shipments. We work with all of the major carriers including UPS, FedEx & USPS

Note: If your order has been shipped or you have already received a notification that your order is complete along with your order’s tracking number, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

 

Standard shipping :  5-9 business days depending on location

Priority shipping:      3-5 business days

Express shipping:     3 business days

International orders:

We can ship USPS International, UPSInternational, FedEx International. Shipping rates can vary depending on location

Due to legal restrictions we don’t ship to : Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Maldives.

We respect privacy of our customers. All products are shipped in a plain brown unmarked box, only you know what a an exciting toy is in, waiting for a play. We bill your credit card as Gia sales LLC. That’s the name appears on your bank statement. Your privacy is the priority to us.

Return policy:

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of the products.

The exception is manufacturing defects. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 30 days from receipt.

Important: We only process returned items, which were purchased from idickted.com directly.

Damaged Shipment:

All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported within 3 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier. Contact us with a damage claim reference number assigned by the carrier

Preorder and Backorded Products:

Due to high demand some of our products can be out of stock. If one of the products is on a backorder, we will ship it separately  once it is back in stock via standard shipping. We will also notify you about backorders via email.

We also offer preorder for the products you wish to order that are currently out of stock. Once you submit a preorder

We will contact you via email with an estimated arrival time, if you consider the time frames are not appropriate for you we will issue a full refund immediately.
