Your satisfaction is the priority to us.

We gladly accept returns within 20 days from receipt.

NOTE: All items MUST be in original condition (UNOPENED, UNUSED).

If the product packaging has been opened we can’t accept a return due to the sensitive and hygienic nature of the products.

A full refund will be issued upon receipt & assessment of the parcel.

If you have placed an order and want to cancel, email us at [email protected]  and if your order hasn’t been shipped, a full refund will be issued.

If you have placed an order and want to make changes to your order (incorrect address or items), email us at [email protected] and if your order hasn’t been shipped we will be able to do that.

DAMAGED PACKAGE: All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported within 3 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier. Contact us with a damage claim reference number assigned by the carrier
