CUSTOMER CARE

The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred when orders are refused or returned. Returned orders may only be re-shipped after being prepaid. Refused orders are subject to a 20 % restocking fee. The customer is responsible for refused order shipping charges. In case you refuse an order, your next order might be subject to prepayment.

Idickted.com isn’t responsible for damaged, stolen or lost packages regardless of the chosen carrier. We recommend our clients to insure the return packages. We also recommend using such respectable carriers as UPS, USPS or FedEx, which provide you a proof of delivery.
